| 1. How long can I keep my domain name ? |

Once we register the domain name it will be yours as long as we pay the annual registration fee which is included in all package deals.Once a year you will receive a bill from us that will cover your domain name and everything else in the contract.

| 2. Do I have to get a webhost? |
|
No the webhost is also included in the package deal.Netvision2020 uses a great webhost that has an uptime of %99.9 , which means when someone wants to visit your website they will get there %99.9 of the time. All webhosts have some downtime due to system problems and maintainance but few offer such a consistent record.

A webhost is where all your files are stored and they actually deliver the websites to anyone that clicks on your link.

| 4. How will people find my link? |
|
When we design your webpage there is a part that is not seen by people looking at your website , these are hidden and on every webpage we make for you , they are called "meta tags" and this is how the search engines find what someone is looking for. Let's say you own a pet shop in Morristown Tennessee , then you will want your website to come up whenever someone searches for Morristown Tennessee Pet Shops.We put a lot of effort into this because it is important that you get seen in search engines like Yahoo and Google.We make every attempt to see to it that you are in the top 5 but there are no web designers that can promise you a high listing, all we can do is use our best techniqes and then it is all up to the "robots" that "spider" or "crawl" through the world wide web looking for websites that match whatever is searched for.

| 5. Will my website be listed in all the search engines? |
|
No, there are some that are now charging fees to be listed but the most important ones (Yahoo , MSN and Google) are still free along with many others. If you would like to spend some additional money (less than $75.00) we can also get you listed in some additional large search engines but this really isn't nesecarry unless you want to maximize your potential.

| 6. What is your hourly rate? |
|
We charge less than half of what many web designers charge and in some cases we are %70 cheaper at $25.00 an hour. Look around and make some calls and you will see our rate is very fair.

| 7. Does the hourly rate apply to package deals? |
|
No, we do everything we say in our package deals at no extra charge whatsoever.This includes routine maintenance. The only time there will be an hourly rate added on is if after we have sat down and discussed our agreenment and the work is done as stated in the contract and you should change your mind about some things then an hourly rate will apply.Of course if the changes can be made quickly and easily I will do it at no extra charge just to keep you as a customer and create a feeling of goodwill and trust between us.

| 8. What is routine maintenance? |

The search engines will keep you ranked higher if the "robots" see the website is kept fresh and worked on often so once a month I go into every website and make small changes that will help us to keep ranked high.

| 9. What do I have to do to help build my website? |
|
We are designers and our part is to build the website and write the programs to make everything work as well as one of the most important parts which is keeping your website as high in the search engines as we can. We design for many types of businesses and professionals as well as churches so it is impossible for us to know all there is to know about all these various topics. So it is up to you to provide us with the vital information that you will want the visitors of your website to know. it's what you do best and designing is what we do best. we also will count on you to give us some ideas of colors or styles you might like. A lot of times we will use your logo or existing store colors to get us started but feel free to offer us any ideas you have and we will do our best to design the site around your vision.

| 10. What if I don't have any ideas for my website style and want you to take charge? |

Then that is what we will do. We will kick around some ideas and present them to you and this will give us a starting point to build on and gradually your own original website will take shape and become something you can be proud of. Working together we can and will design a website that represents your particular style and needs.

| 11. How long will it take from the time we sign the contract until our website is up and running? |
|
A "Brochure" website will take about 7 to 10 days. A "Complete Wesite" will take 2 to 3 weeks. And a "Complete membership system" will take 4 to 6 weeks" (These are maximum times , the worst case senerios but with your cooperation and if there are not too many jobs in front of you we can cut this time by as much as half.(Please note though, your annual payment will not be due again until one year exactly from the time your site is finished and on the web.)

| 12. How long does it take to be listed in the search engines? |

From the time your website is finished until it begins showing up in the search engines will be 2 to 4 weeks but customers canbegin visiting your site as soon as it is done by just typing the URL into the address bar like this: http://www.yourwebsite.com

Yes. Yahoo has search engines around the world and we will submit to them as well.

| 14. If I want an Ecommerce website with a catalog so I can sell many items from my own online store can you take the digital photos for me? |

Yes. I will take many product shots and we will pick the best with your help and you will have an online store with a catalog containing as many catagories as you need. This is all done on an hourly basis and paid weekly as this is very time consuming and every day will be devoted to getting your Ecommerce site completed , therefore , we cannot begin this process until all current jobs are done. Then all work will be devoted to your new Ecommerce site until completetion.

| 15. With my Ecommerce site do I have options as to how the money will be deposited into my bank account? |

Yes, Many banks can connect your account with your "Buy now" buttons but if you choose we can use Pay-Pal just as well. This will be decided after you have looked into your options with your own bank and the decision can be made then.
